The XP Power QHL series of brick type DC/DC converters include output power ranges of 600 or 750 Watts and are designed for 300VDC nominal input applications. These two new series are packaged in an industry standard full brick format measuring 4.6 x 2.4 x 0.5” (116.8 x 61 x 12.7mm). Both ranges offer single outputs, with high efficiency between 89 and 92% and carry approvals for ITE/industrial applications. The input voltage range for the QHL600 is 180-425 VDC and 200-425 VDC for the QHL750 which is ideal for AC input applications with PFC, baseplate cooled solutions and high voltage battery applications such as electric vehicles. Single output models with 12, 24 or 48 VDC are available with the QHL600 range while the QHL750 series offers six models with 12, 15, 24, 28, 36 or 48 VDC options with an additional 10 VDC / 20 mA output. The output voltage for both series can be adjusted from 60% to 110% via an external trim pin and resistor.
