LM8391EYG-CTR is an automotive excellent EMI immunity, high-gain and ground sense input comparator. This comparator is the most suitable for automotive requirements such as engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system and so on because it has features of low supply current. Furthermore, it has the advantage of EMI tolerance. It makes easier replacing with conventional products or simpler designing EMI. Application includes engine control unit, electric power steering, anti-lock braking system, automotive electronics.

• Wide operating supply voltage range from 3.0 to 36.0V (single), ±1.5 to ±18.0V (dual)
• Low supply current is 0.3mA typical, input offset current is 5nA typical (25°C)
• Input bias current is 50nA typical (25°C, VOUT = 1.4V)
• Operable frequency is 100KHz minimum (25°C, RL = 2Kohm, V+IN = 1.5V, V-IN = 5VP-P)
