CSL1104WBx series is an industry's smallest class SMD LED with high light quality of 2.0cd in ultra-compact 1608 size. Development of CSL1104WB, a high-light white chip LED, Contributing to improved design and space saving of battery-powered IoT devices and drones. CSL1104WB features a high-light tip and uses proprietary small package technology to provide high lightness of 2.0cd in an ultra-compact 1608 size (1.6mm × 0.8mm = 1.28mm2). It is a reflector type white LED realized by general 3528 size (PLCC*13.5mm × 2.8mm = 9.8mm2). The same lightness is achieved in 1608 sizes with an 87% reduction in mounting area. In addition to contributing to space saving of applications by miniaturization, high-density mounting of high-light LED also contributes to improved design and visibility, such as allowing complete blackout representation in panel display. TIt improves colour variability, which is a challenge for white LEDs, allowing for fine-grained and accurate white representation.
