BD6211F-E2

The BD6211F-E2 is a single channel DC brush motor driver in 8 pin SOP package. This highly efficient H-bridge driver is used for low power consumption designs. The MOS transistors in output stage allow PWM speed control. The integrated VREF voltage control function allows direct replacement of discontinued motor driver ICs.

• Supply voltage range of 3V to 5.5V
• Built-in one channel configuration
• VREF voltage setting pin enables PWM duty control
• Cross conduction prevention circuit
• Overcurrent, overvoltage, thermal shutdown and undervoltage lockout protection
• Output on-resistance of 0.5ohm at IOUT=1.0A (vertically total)
• PWM input frequency range from 20KHz to 100KHz
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
