The TIP30C is a robust PNP silicon power transistor designed for medium-power switching and linear amplification tasks. Housed in a TO-220 package, it offers excellent thermal performance and mechanical stability, making it ideal for both industrial and consumer-grade electronic designs. With a collector-emitter voltage rating of –100V and a collector current of 1.5A, the TIP30C is well-suited for use in high-side switching, complementary audio amplifier stages, motor control, and relay or actuator driving circuits.
