WHP 1000

WHP 1000 is a 1000W/230V pre-heating plate particularly suited for use with flat silicon cells, as well as, ceramic and glass boards. Using the WHP 1000 allows the temperature of the board's substrate material to be raised to the correct working temperature, ensuring perfect soldering operations without the risk of damage to the board from thermal shock.

• Large 220 X 150mm pre-heating plate with even heat distribution
• Four 250W heating elements allow electronic assemblies to be pre-heated in a number of ways
• Digitally controlled electronics ensure precise temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C
• Set and actual temperature can be viewed on the digital display
• Using an insulated thermocouple the temperature can be monitored in specific locations on the board
• Integrated RS232 interface enables the device to be controlled externally from the hot air station
• WHP 1000 has a small bench top footprint
