The VS-30BQ100TRPBF from Vishay is surface mount high power schottky rectifier in SMC package. This rectifier is designed for applications requiring low forward drop and small foot prints on PC boards such as disk drives, switching power supplies, converters, freewheeling diodes, battery charging and reverse battery protection.
- Designed and qualified for industrial use
- Guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability
- Maximum repetitive reverse voltage Vrrm of 100V
- Non repetitive forward Surge current of 800A at tp=5μs
- Forward current If(AV) of 4A at TL 138°C
- Maximum forward voltage VF of 900mV at IF 6A and 790mV at IF 3A at Tj 25°C
- Operating temperature range -55°C to 175°C
