The UGB18DCT-E3/45 is a dual common cathode ultra-fast Plastic Rectifier with solderable matte tin-plated terminals. It is suitable for use in high frequency rectifier of switching mode power supplies, inverters, free-wheeling diodes, DC/DC converters and other power switching application.
