TCET1100G

The TCET1100G is a 1-channel 4-pin Phototransistor Output Optocoupler consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode. The elements are mounted on one lead-frame using a coplanar technique, providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. It is suitable for line receiver and microprocessor system interface. Isolation materials according to UL94V-0.
