MB6S-E3/80 is a miniature glass passivated fast recovery, surface-mount bridge rectifier. The applications include general-purpose use in AC/DC bridge full wave rectification for power supply, lighting ballast, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.
- UL recognition, file number E54214, saves space on printed circuit boards
- Ideal for automated placement, high surge current capability
- Maximum average forward output rectified current is 0.5A (on glass-epoxy PCB, TA = 25°C)
- Maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage is 600V (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum RMS voltage is 420V (TA = 25°C), maximum DC blocking voltage is 600V (TA = 25°C)
- Peak forward surge current 8.3ms single half sine-wave superimposed on rated load is 35A (TA = 25°C)
- Rating for fusing (t <lt/> 8.3ms) is 5.0A²s (TA = 25°C)
- Maximum instantaneous forward voltage per diode is 1.0V (IF = 0.4A, TA = 25°C)
- MBS (TO-269AA) case, operating junction temperature range from -55 to +150°C
