20-2137 is a PCB test point - loop terminal assembly. It is a PCB test point terminal for 1.02mm nominal holes used for attaching leads for test scopes and probes with a sintered glass insulator. The sintered glass bead has a recommended maximum working temperature of 475°C. This exceeds all current standard temperature profile requirements.
