OPI150

The OPI150 is a 1-channel 5-pin high speed Optically Coupled Isolator contains an infrared emitting diode and a NPN silicon phototransistor. The diode and phototransistor is then optically coupled by means of a light pipe and mounted in a high dielectric plastic housing. It is designed for applications that require very high isolation between input and output. It is suitable for requiring high voltage isolation between input and output, electrical isolation in dirty environments and office equipment.
