VNQ860SPTR-E

VNQ860SPTR-E is a quad channel high-side driver. It is a monolithic driver realized in ST microelectronics VIPower M0-3 technology, intended to drive any kind of load with one side connected to ground. This device has active current limitation combined with thermal shutdown and automatic restart protect the device against overload. The device automatically turns OFF in case of ground pin disconnection. This driver is especially suitable for applications such as industrial PC peripheral input/output, numerical control machines, drivers for all type of loads (resistive, capacitive, inductive).
