TSZ181IQ1T is a single-channel operational amplifier featuring very low offset voltages with virtually zero drift versus temperature changes. The TSZ181 offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 3MHz gain-bandwidth product, while consuming just 1mA at 5V. This device also features an ultra-low input bias current. Applications include high-accuracy signal conditioning, automotive current measurement and sensor signal conditioning, and medical instrumentation.
- Higher accuracy without calibration, accuracy virtually unaffected by temperature change
- Rail-to-rail input and output, low supply voltage range from 2.2 to 5.5V
- Input offset voltage is 3.5µV typical at (T = 25°C)
- Input offset voltage drift is 0.1µV/°C max at (-40°C < T< 125°C)
- Input bias current (Vout = VCC/2) is 30pA typical at (T = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 96dB typical at (T = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 2.3MHz typical at (T = 25°C, RL = 10Kohm, CL = 100pF)
- Slew rate is 4.6V/µs typ at (T = 25°C), settling time is 500ns typ at (to 0.1%, Vin = 0.8Vpp, 25°C)
- Equivalent input noise voltage density is 50nV/√Hz typical at (f = 1KHz, T = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, DFN6 package
