MPXV6115VC6U

The MPXV6115VC6U is a single port gauge and absolute pressure sensor in 8 pin SOP package. This sensor integrates on-chip bipolar op amp circuitry and thin film resistor networks to provide high output signal and temperature compensation. The small form factor and high reliability of on-chip integration make this pressure sensor a logical and economical choice for system designer. This state of the art, monolithic and signal conditioned silicon pressure sensor is ideally suited for microprocessor or microcontroller based systems. This sensor combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin film metallization and bipolar semiconductor processing to provide an accurate and high level analogue output signal that is proportional to applied pressure.
