C8051F043-GQR is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 25MHz performance. This analogue-intensive MCU features a 10-bit, 13-ch., 100Ksps ADC and 3 comparators. It also offers 64KB flash, 4.25KB RAM along with 5 x 16bit timers, additional communication interfaces and integrated CAN in a 10x10 mm, QFP64 package. With on-chip VDD monitor, watchdog timer, a ±2 internal oscillator, and high analogue integration, this MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as portable medical equipment, weigh scales, test equipment and fibre optic systems among others.
