The PC3SF11YVZBF is a 6-pin non-zero cross type Phototriac Coupler with wide through-hole lead form. The reinforced insulation type phototriac coupler include an infrared emitting diode (IRED) optically coupled to an output phototriac. This device feature full wave control and are ideal isolated drivers for medium to high current TRIACs. It provides 5kV isolation from input to output with superior commutative noise immunity. It is suitable for triggering for TRIACs used to switch ON and OFF devices which require AC loads.
