The 214145 is a DIN-338 type-N Twist Drill made of high speed steel (HSS) ground with split point. It is highly efficient standard drill suitable for all usual drilling work in all normal materials. It is suitable for applications of steel and cast-steel alloyed and unalloyed up to 900N/mm² strength, grey cast, malleable cast iron, die-cast metal, iron sinter, nickel-silver, graphite cast iron, short-chipping aluminium alloys, bronze and brass.
