The X-in-one instrument offers the functionality of an oscilloscope, logic analyser, protocol analyser, frequency analyser, pattern generator, function generator, digital voltmeter and component tester in a single instrument. This oscilloscope include a wide range of upgrade options with these options users get more value with a minimal footprint on bench space.

- Optimized for fast button operation
- 50ppm timebase accuracy, 8 bit ADC

- I2C, SPI, UART/RS232/RS422/RS485, CAN, LIN protocol (optional)
