D-200-82

The D-200-82 is a Butt Splice Terminal made of copper alloy 101 or 102 per ASTM B75 with nickel plated (as per SAE AMS-QQ-N-290) finish. This closed barrel splice features a red heat shrink radiation-cross-linked modified fluoropolymer insulator. It provides sealing to unetched wire insulations, No need to staffer wire splice. Transparent heat-shrinkable insulation sleeve provides environmental protection and strain relief. The 200°C MiniSeal high-performance immersion-resistant crimp splice provides the smallest, lightest and the most environmental-resistant splice available, while meeting all requirements of SAE-AS81824/1 (modified for 200°C applications). It accepts 26 to 20AWG wire.
