TOP223PN

The TOP223PN is a TOPSwitch-II family 3-terminal Off-line PWM Switch IC with 25W single and 15W wide range. Many significant circuit enhancements that reduce the sensitivity to board layout and line transients now make the design even. It extends the power range from 100 to 150W for 100/115/230VAC input and from 50 to 90W for 85 to 265VAC universal input. It incorporates all functions necessary for a switched mode control system into this monolithic IC.
