RDK-747

RDK-747 is a 65W charger for industrial power supply applications. It is designed for 90V AC to 265V AC input, 20V/3.25A output using InnoSwitch3-EP (INN3679C-H606) featuring PowiGaN™ technology. The design showcases the high power density, very low component count and efficiency possible due to the high level of integration of the InnoSwitch3-EP controller with exceptional PowiGaN efficiency.
