The MBRB60H100CTT4G is a Switch-mode Schottky Barrier Rectifier with UL94V-0 epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The enhanced power rectifier features low forward voltage, high surge capacity, low power loss and high efficiency.
