The LMV331SQ3T2G is a 1-channel CMOS general purpose low voltage Comparator with CCA-marking. It is specified for 2.7 to 5V performance, has excellent input common-mode range, low quiescent current. It is suitable for applications where space saving, low voltage operation and low power are the primary specifications in circuit design.

• Open drain output
• Low quiescent current - 60A per channel at 5V
• Low saturation voltage 200mV at 5V
