MCZ33996EK

The MCZ33996EK is a 16-output low-side Switch with a 24-bit serial input control, designed for a variety of applications including inductive, incandescent and LED loads. The SPI provides both input control and diagnostic readout. A Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) control input may be used to pulse width modulate multiple outputs at the same duty cycle. A dedicated reset input provides the ability to clear all internal registers to the Power-ON Reset state. Directly interfaces with MCUs and is compatible with both 3.3 and 5.0V CMOS logic levels.

• PWM-programmable outputs
• OFF open load detect current can be disabled for sensitive LED applications
• Output ON short-to-VBAT and OFF short-to-ground/open detection
• SPI diagnostic reporting
