The GU140X32F-7806A is an Economy Graphic VFD Module consists of a 140 x 32 dot graphic CIG-VFD, refresh RAM, character generator, DC/DC converter, display controller and all necessary control logic. The module can simultaneously display graphic patterns and/or characters on the screen. The 7806A versions provides LCD emulation with extended graphic functions and 3 font sizes in 5 x 5, 5 x 7, 10 x 14 with pixel based cursor placement. The 7000/7003 versions have firmware offering 4 user definable window areas and support multi-size international fonts. Scroll and flash with graphic upload functions.
