MCP6022-I/SN

MCP6022-I/SN is a rail-to-rail input/output CMOS dual op amp with high performance. It is well suited for applications requiring high performance and bandwidth. It also offers a chip select pin (active-low CS) that gives power savings when the part is not in use. Typical applications include automotive, driving A/D converters, multi-pole active filters, barcode scanners, audio processing, communications, DAC buffers, test equipment, and medical instrumentation.

• Quiescent current per amplifier range from 0.5 to 1.35mA (IO = 0, TA = +25°C)
• Gain bandwidth product is 10MHz typ (TA = 25°C, VDD = +2.5V to +5.5V)
• Phase margin at unity-gain is 65° typ (G = 1, TA = 25°C, VDD = +2.5 to +5.5V)
• Slew rate is 7V/µs typ (TA = 25°C, VDD = +2.5V to +5.5V)
• Settling time, 0.2% is 250ns typ (G = 1, VOUT = 100mVp-p, TA = 25°C)
• Common-mode rejection ratio is 90dB typ (VDD = 5V, VCM = -0.3V to 5.3V, TA = +25°C)
• Power supply rejection ratio is 90dB typ (VCM = 0V, TA = +25°C)
• Input offset voltage temperature drift is ±3.5µV/°C typ (TA = -40°C to +125°C)
• PDIP package, industrial temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
