EV35Z86A is a multi-phase power board (MPPB) which is a driver board designed for 3-phase BLDC motors with or without hall sensors. The board supports up to 4 individual phases making it well suited for stepper motors as well. The multi-phase power board is fully supported by MCC Melody and MPLAB and software drivers for sinusoidal and trapezoidal BLDC with and without Hall Sensors are available for select microcontrollers. The multi-phases power board needs a Curiosity Nano development board and an adapter board.

• Wide voltage range: supports 6V-50V external power input, rated for 10A at 24V
• 4 O/P phases: individual controllable, MIC4605 MOSFET driver, voltage feedback from each phase
• Configurable virtual point, 2 current sense ch's (user configurable phase selection, using MCP6021)
• On-board: MCP9701 temperature sensor, potentiometer, user LED and push button
• Optional external PWM input, optional HALL sensor input
• Board identification in MPLAB X IDE
• On-board power supplies: MIC28512 5V 2A synchronous buck regulator, steps down input voltage
• MCP1754 3.3V 150mA LDO to power connected adapter, peripherals and I/O
• MCP1661 12V 200mA PWM boost regulator powering the MOSFET drivers
