AT24C128C-SSHM-T

The AT24C128C-SSHM-T is a 128kB high-speed I²C-compatible Serial EPROM IC supports up to eight devices on a single 2-wire bus. The EEPROM is organized as 16,384 words x 8-bit and optimized for applications where low-power and low-voltage operations are essential. The AT24C128C provides 131,072-bit of Serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 16,384 words of 8-bit each. In addition, this device operates from 1.7V to 5.5V.
