24LC64T-I/OT is a 2.5V, 64-Kbit I²C serial EEPROM. The device is organized as a single block of 8K x 8bit memory with a two-wire serial interface. It also has a page write capability for up to 32 bytes of data. Functional address lines allow up to eight devices on the same bus, for up to 512-Kbit address space.

• Standby current is 1µA max (SDA = SCL = VCC A0, A1, A2, WP = VSS, TA = -40 to +85°C)

• Packages with three address pins are cascadable up to eight devices
• Schmitt trigger inputs for noise suppression, output slope control to eliminate ground bounce
