SMTC-1167

The SMTC-1167 is a 1.5 x 16.51mm 30° hoof Soldering Iron Tip for use with the MX series soldering and rework with MX-H1-AV and MX-RM3E handpieces for conduction rework of surface mount components. The hoof cartridge is ideal for multi-lead soldering in confined spaces, drag soldering and high thermal demand applications. Fixed temperature cartridges and tips offer users a fully safe and thermally effective solution to their lead free soldering needs as well as complete process control. SmartHeat® technology is unique in that it senses the specific thermal demand directly at the solder pad and delivers the precise quantity and flow of thermal energy during both flux activation and intermetallic bonding phases without any adjustment and calibration.
