RUEF250 is a RUEF series PolySwitch radial-leaded device that represents the most comprehensive and complete set of PPTC products in the industry today. RUEF series is for the voltage rating (30V) balance and hold current (up to 9A). Application includes satellite video receivers, industrial controls, transformers, computer motherboards, modems, USB hubs, ports and peripherals, IEEE 1394 ports, CD-ROMs, game machines, battery packs, phones, fax machines, analogue and digital line cards, printers.

- Wide range of form factor and termination methods
- Devices compatible with high-volume electronics assembly
- 2.50A IH, 5.00A IT, 30VDC/30VAC RMS Vmax, 100DCADC/70ACARMS Imax
- 1.20W typ PD, 12.50A/10.3s max time to trip
- 0.020 ohm to 0.040 ohm r range, 24AWG lead size
- Cured, flame-retardant epoxy polymers, meets UL 94V-0 insulating material
- Operation temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
