DST12100S is a DST series single Schottky barrier rectifier. This is designed to meet the general requirements of commercial and industry applications by providing high temperature, low leakage and lower VF products. It is suitable for high frequency switching mode power supply, free-wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes. Applications include switching mode power supply, DC/DC converters, free-wheeling diodes, polarity protection diodes.
- Ultra-low forward voltage drop, high frequency operation
- High junction temperature capability
- Trench MOS schottky technology
- 100V max peak inverse voltage, 12A average forward current (50% duty cycle at TL = 125°C)
- 200A forward surge current, 700mV maximum forward voltage
- 3 pin TO-277B package, junction temperature range from -55 to +150°C
