The SKINTOP STR-M series from Lapp Kable are cable glands constructed from tough polyamide and offer many advantages over conventional brass glands. They feature a reducing sealing ring for smaller cable diameters. They are now used in substantial volumes on panels, switches, control equipment and machine tool industry. SKINTOP STR-M series features a unique patented anti vibration lock. This prevents the cable from coming loose when subject to vibration in electric motors. Sealing to IP68 Bar 5, IP69, the Skintop offers a seal that is dust proof and water tight and used in wide variety of dry or wet industrial environments.
