MD-ISK-I15-1000-P5--I

MD-ISK-I15-1000-P5--I is a mineral insulated type K thermocouple. Flexible mineral insulated probe with Inconel® alloy 600 sheath with M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal and tails. Inconel® alloy 600 provides excellent oxidation resistance to 1100°C (not suitable for sulphur bearing atmospheres above 550°C). Typical applications include heat treatment processes, annealing furnaces, chemical reactors, man -made fibre and synthetic material production, steam boilers, paper industry etc.

• Sensor type is type K (nickel chromium/nickel aluminium) to IEC 584
• Highly flexible, sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
• Probe temperature range from -40°C to +1100°C
• M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal (200°C)
• Termination: 100mm PFA twin twisted 7/0.2mm tails, colour coded in accordance with IEC 584
• Single element, junction insulated from sheath (protection against spurious electrical signals)
• 1.5mm probe diameter, 1000mm probe length
• Green positive tail wire, white negative tail wire
