2GHz dual 1:4 RF mux, 50 ohm module for DAQ970A data acquisition system. It offers broadband switching capabilities for high-frequency and pulsed signals. Use it to route test signals between device under test and signal generator, oscilloscope, spectrum analyser or other instrumentation.
