KICKSTARTFL-IVC-UP

KICKSTARTFL-IVC-UP is a KickStart I-V characterizer application software. Use this app to perform current vs. voltage (I-V) test on a variety of materials, two-terminal and multi-terminal semiconductor devices, solar cells, and much more. You can configure each SMU for a variety of bias and sweep sourcing operations, including linear, log, list, and dual sweeps.

• Differentiate SMU channels and their measurement data using labels that are relevant to your module

• Supports 2601B-pulse with pulsemeter technology for outputting pulses as short as 10µs at 10A & 10V
