IXFB44N100P is a polar™ power MOSFET HiPerFET™. Typical applications are switched-mode and resonant-mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, laser drivers, AC and DC motor controls, robotics and servo controls.

- Fast recovery intrinsic diode
- Unclamped inductive switching (UIS) rated
- Low package inductance, easy to drive and to protect
- Plus 264™ package for clip or spring mounting
- Space savings, high power density
- Voltage rating VDSS is 1000V at TJ = 25°C to 150°C
- Current rating ID25 is 44A at TC = 25°C
- Resistor RDS(on) is 220mohm at VGS=10V, ID=0.5 ID25, time trr is 300ns at F=22A, -di/dt=100A/μs
