REF3K3WHFHDPSUTOBO1 is a 3.3KW high-frequency and high-density PSU for server and datacentre applications. This is a 3.3KW, 95W/in³ power supply for server and telecom using GaN, SiC and Si devices. The front-end AC-DC converter is a two-phase SiC interleaved bridgeless totem-pole stage for power factor correction, while the high-frequency (500KHz) DC-DC converter to provide isolation and regulate output voltage is a GaN LLC half-bridge, with full-bridge rectification. The PSU includes a baby-boost stage to hold-up time requirements. Typical applications include AC-DC power conversion for telecom infrastructure, datacentre and computing solutions.
