IRF7480MTRPBF is a DirectFET® N-channel power MOSFET. Typical applications include brushed motor drive applications, BLDC motor drive applications, battery-powered circuits, half-bridge and full-bridge topologies, synchronous rectifier applications, resonant mode power supplies, OR-ing and redundant power switches, DC/DC and AC/DC converters, and DC/AC inverters.
- Improved gate, avalanche and dynamic dv/dt ruggedness
- Fully characterized capacitance and avalanche SOA
- Enhanced body diode dv/dt and di/dt capability
- Drain-to-source breakdown voltage is 40V min at VGS = 0V, ID = 250µA, TJ = 25°C
- Static drain-to-source on-resistance is 0.95mohm typ at VGS = 10V, ID = 132A, TJ = 25°C
- Drain-to-source leakage current is 1.0µA max at VDS = 40V, VGS = 0V, TJ = 25°C
- Reverse recovery time is 44ns typ at TJ = 25°C, VR = 34V
- Reverse recovery current is 2.1A typ at TJ = 25°C
- DirectFET® ME package
- Operating junction and storage temperature range from -55 to + 150°C
