IGCM20F60GAXKMA1 is a CIPOS™ Mini 600V, 20A three-phase intelligent power module. This module with open emitter in DIP 36x21 package. It provides cost and performance-optimized efficiency incorporating Reverse Conducting (RC) IGBT along with excellent thermal conduction and electrical isolation for motor drive applications. Potential applications include washing machines, home appliances, room air conditioners, motor control and drives, motor control for industrial automation and heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
