EVALM1IM523TOBO1 is an evaluation board EVAL-M1-IM523 powered by CIPOS™ Mini IM523-X6A. This evaluation board is a complete power stage, powered by the CIPOS™ Mini 600V, 17A IM523-X6A equipped with MADK™ M1 20-pin interface connector to be used with the matching iMOTION™ MADK control boards. It is recommended to use it in systems with a mains voltage of 100 - 230V AC and an inverter board output power of up to 900W with active cooling. Typical applications include Heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), home appliances and motor control.
- Ready to use power stage with 600V IPM

- On-board EMI filter and pass EMI standards EN55032
- Over current/temperature protection
- Get your motor running within one hour in combination with iMOTION™ MADK control boards
