The Fischer Elektronik WLFT 404 43 x 43 is a thermally conductive, electrically insulating adhesive foil designed to provide secure component mounting and efficient heat transfer in electronic assemblies. Manufactured from a polyimide (Kapton® MT) carrier with double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive, it offers an effective alternative to mechanical fasteners while maintaining reliable thermal performance. The pre-cut 43mm x 43mm format enables quick and consistent installation, making it ideal for use with heatsinks, power semiconductors, LED modules, and other heat-generating components. With a thermal conductivity of 0.4W/mK, dielectric strength of 5kV AC, and an operating temperature range of-30°C to +125°C, the WLFT 404 delivers dependable thermal management and electrical insulation in demanding applications.
