- Forward voltage drop is 0.79V typ at IF = 10A, TJ = +25°C, per leg
- Leakage current is 0.1mA max at VR = 100V, TJ = +25°C, per leg
- TO252 (DPAK) case
- Operating and storage temperature range from -55 to +175°C
