MB10F-13 is a surface mount glass passivated bridge rectifier. Suitable for AC to DC bridge full wave rectification for SMPS, LED lighting, adapter, battery charger, home appliances, office equipment, and telecommunication applications.
- Glass passivated die construction, miniature package saves space on PC boards
- Reliable robust construction, ideal for SMT manufacturing
- Low forward voltage drop
- Moulded plastic - UL flammability classification rating 94V-0 case material
- Peak repetitive reverse voltage is 1000V (TA = +25°C)
- Average rectified output current is 0.5A (TA = +125°C)
- Forward voltage (per element) is 0.94V typ (IF = 0.8A, TA = +25°C)
- Total capacitance (per element) is 8pF typ (VR = 4V, f = 1.0MHz, TA = +25°C)
- I²t rating for fusing (1ms greater than t greater than 8.3ms) is 3.74 A²S (TA = +25°C)
- MBF case, operating temperature range from -55 to +150°C
