LM2903ATH-13

LM2903ATH-13 is a dual-channel device that consists of two independent precision voltage comparators with a very low input offset voltage specification. This is designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages; however, operation from split power supplies is also possible. This offers a low power supply current independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. It is designed to directly interface with TTL and CMOS. When operating from both plus and minus power supplies, the LM2903 series comparator will directly interface with MOS logic, where its low power drain is a distinct advantage over standard comparators.

• Wide power supply range: 2V to 36V single supply, ±1.0V to ±18V dual supplies
• Very low supply current drain-independent of supply voltage
• Common-mode input voltage range includes ground
• Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
• Input bias current is 25nA typ at TA = +25°C, VCC = 5.0V, GND = 0V
• Response time is 1.3µs typ at TA = +25°C, VRL = 5V, RL = 5.1kohm
• Output sink current is 16mA typ at TA = +25°C, VIN- = 1V, VIN+ = 0, VO ≤ 1.5V
• Differential input voltage is 36V max at full range, all VIN ≥0V (or V- if used)
• TSSOP-8 package
• Operating temperature range from -40 to +125°C
