ACPL-336J-000E

The ACPL-336J-000E is a 1-channel 16-pin surface-mount Gate Drive Optocoupler with integrated (VCE) de-saturation detection. It features fast propagation delay with excellent timing skew performance. Smart features that are integrated to protect the IGBT include IGBT de-saturation detection with soft-shutdown protection and fault feedback, under-voltage lockout and feedback, active miller current clamping. This full-featured and easy-to-implement IGBT gate drive optocoupler comes in a compact. It is suitable for driving IGBTs and power MOSFETs used in motor control and inverter applications. Avago isolation products provide reinforced insulation and reliability that deliver safe signal isolation critical in high voltage and noisy industrial applications.
