HSME-C170

The HSME-C170 is a green Chip LED with untinted/diffused lens, made of AlInGaP. The AlInGaP material has a very high luminous efficiency and capable of producing high light output. This chip LED comes in top emitting package, binned by both colour and intensity. It is compatible with IR soldering process.
