HCPL-0201-000E

HCPL-0201 are optically-coupled logic gates. The HCPL-0201 contain a GaAsP LED. The detectors have totem pole output stages and optical receiver input stages with built-in Schmitt triggers to provide logic-compatible waveforms, eliminating the need for additional waveshaping. It guarantees common mode transient immunity of 10kV/µs at a common mode voltage of 1000V.
