TBU-RS085-300-WH

TBU-RS085-300-WH is a TBU-RSxxx-300-WH - TBU® series high-speed protector. It is an integrated dual channel transient blocking unit (TBU) overcurrent device and TVS overvoltage protector for the RS-485 communications interface. Application includes RS-485 interface surge protection, AISG (Antenna Interface Standards Group) modem protection.

• Fast protection response time (1µs)
• 850V peak impulse voltage withstand with duration less than 10ms
• 425V continuous AC RMS voltage
• ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2 - contact discharge is ±2KV
• 21.5ohm on resistance of the TBU® device (typ, at TA = 25°C)
• Leakage current at VWM is 1µA (max, at TA = 25°C)
• Typical junction capacitance is 95pF (typ, VOSC = 30mV, Vbias = 0V, Osc. frequency = 1MHz)
• Operating temperature range from -55 to +125°C
